Are lab-grown diamonds “real” diamonds?
Yes. Lab-grown diamonds have the same crystal structure, hardness, and optical properties as natural diamonds. The only difference is their origin of formation. For details, please refer to the Diamond Guide page.
How long does it take for an order to be completed?
Your order will be ready for delivery or shipping within 3-5 business days.
How do I specify my ring size?
You can specify your desired ring size during the order process. If not specified, a standard size 14 will be sent.
Which gold colors are offered?
White gold, yellow gold, and rose gold options may be offered. For details, please refer to the Color and Special Requests page.
Which gold purity is used in the products?
14K gold information is used in the current ring selection.
Are the stones certified?
Nilya's current ring selection may include IGI, HRD and GIA certified stones. You can read what the certificate states in the Diamond Guide.
Can I request a different color?
Yes. If you have a request for a different color, you can reach us by selecting "Color request" in the contact form. This option does not cover other unverified customization services.
How can I determine my ring size?
